millicent, also commonly known as millie, is an animate doll made to resemble a kitsune, a fox-like demon from Japanese folklore. millie is a part of the larger kitanari system, and is currently the main alter of the system driving day-to-day actions, otherwise known as the "host".
the exact origins of millie are currently unknown, however it was discovered within the kitanari system near the end of March 2026. millie claims its birthdate to be December 11, 2025 — the same date the system experienced a major traumatic event. despite this relatively short time in existence, millie's mental age is the same as the vessel's physical and mental age of around the mid-20s.
this website was created as a creative, theraputic, and thaumic outlet for millie, separate from the previous host kebo's website.
thus, it is hosted on a separate platform than kebo's site (nekoweb) and utilizes a different framework than kebo's site
(ox-publish in emacs).
the other members of the kitanari system sometimes show up in this website in the form of socratic dialogues, specifically in the style of furry tech blog sites like xeiaso.net. here's a brief description of each member, in rough order of appearance:
